1 Your package

Every package includes the trade license, the registrations at the tax office, social security and health insurance, and a 60-minute consultation before registration. The government registration fee is included.

3 VAT

No VATYou invoice clients outside the EU, private persons, or you are not sure. You can always register later. VAT-light You invoice businesses in other EU countries that have a VAT number, typically for remote services. Full VAT Only possible when you have already invoiced more than 2,536,500 CZK from Czech sources. Not possible when you start.

5 Extras

Court translation of your police clearance first page, each further page A normal police clearance with its apostille is usually 1 page; longer documents cost more. Not needed for a US embassy affidavit or a CzechPOINT police clearance. Cancelling your order

You can cancel within 14 days of ordering. We then refund what you paid, minus 3,750 CZK / 150 EUR for the consultation that is part of the package, and minus any costs already made for you, such as the virtual office, translations or CzechPOINT fees. Full conditions: cancellation and refunds.
