Powers of attorney
For most powers of attorney an ordinary signature is enough. Only a few specific ones need a notarised signature.
Each power of attorney comes as a Czech page that you sign, plus an English translation for your information. Sign only the Czech page, in blue ink, and send us only that page. Having your signature certified? Take only the Czech page to CzechPOINT: many counters refuse a paper with English text on it.
In Prague: no printer? We print them for you. You sign on the spot at the reception and leave them there.
Not in Prague? Choose one of these:
- By post: sign the paper original in blue ink and send it to the address above.
- Electronically: have your signature certified at a CzechPOINT office or a notary, and have the signed document converted into an electronic document at CzechPOINT (autorizovaná konverze). Send us the PDF.
The electronic way is faster: we can file it online straight away, without bringing paper to the trade license office or the court.
The reception only accepts and hands out documents. They cannot answer questions about your case.
All our meetings are held online, so there is no need to visit us for a consultation.
How to get there
The entrance is right at the I.P. Pavlova metro exit (line C). Tram lines 2, 4, 6, 10, 16, 22 and 23 stop within 30 metres; lines 5, 11, 13 and 18 are a 2-minute walk away.
Parking around Náměstí Míru is difficult. Parkoviště Wilsonova / Parking Center, Wilsonova 372/6, Praha 1, next to the State Opera, is a 10-minute walk.
