Quick Answers Fee
The Quick Answers Fee is 50 EUR / 1,250 CZK per WhatsApp / Phone Consultation (of 20 minutes).
Consultations are always paid in advance through our online booking system (by card, in EUR or CZK).
Conditions / Limitations
This is a WhatsApp / phone call only: no video, no screen share, no transcript. It is the budget version for quick, short answers.
If you expect a video meeting, screen share, real-time calculations, pdf examples or a transcript of the call: book a full 60-minute consultation instead.
Hassle-free Refund Policy
If you feel the consultation did not answer your questions, please email us why you were not happy. Of course we will try to address the source of your unhappiness. If that does not work out, we will refund the consultation fee. Note: for this refund, the consultation must have taken place.
Cancellation / reschedule policy
Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the start. Later, or not showing up: we charge the full fee.
If I need to move the call, you choose: a new time, or a full refund.
Refunds are made through the payment processor and reach you within a few days.
